The best way to reach us is by email at hello@infinite-craft.gg. We read every message, whether it's a bug report, a question about a recipe or a business inquiry.
What to include in a bug report
If something isn't working, these details help us find the problem quickly:
- your device, for example "Android phone", "iPad" or "Windows laptop";
- your browser, such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge, and its version if you know it;
- the two elements you were combining, if the problem happened during a combination;
- the interface language, if you're not playing in English;
- whether it happens every time or only happened once;
- what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
A screenshot helps too, if you can attach one.
Recipe corrections
Every step in our guides was tested against the game, but if one gives you a different result, please let us know. Tell us which guide or chart it was, the step, the two elements you used and the result you got, and we'll check it again. A screenshot of the result helps us confirm it quickly.
Business inquiries
For partnerships, advertising or other business questions, write to the same address and put "Business" in the subject line. Please include your company name and a short description of what you have in mind.
Privacy requests
If you have a question about your data or want to make a privacy request, email us with "Privacy" in the subject line. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.
When to expect a reply
We read every message and typically reply within a few business days. Many common questions, such as why progress disappears or how to reset the game, are already answered in our FAQ.
