Bringing back a Dinosaur starts with a Fossil. Lava cooled by Water hardens into Stone, and pressing a Plant into that Stone leaves a Fossil, much like real fossils form in rock. Fire then brings the Fossil back to life as a Dinosaur, and the Lava at the start is just Earth plus Fire.
